- Evaluation Report including individualized goals and treatment plan
60 Minute In-Person Session
Services Include
- Therapy occurs in desired location: home, day care center, preschool classroom
- Play-based therapy incorporating speech, language, social goals
- Last 15 minutes reserved for session note and review of therapy session with caregivers in person or via video recording (if at different location than caregivers)
- Home program for practice
45 Minute In- Person Session
Services Include
- Therapy occurs in desired location: home, day care center, preschool classroom
- Play-based therapy incorporating speech, language, social goals
- Last 15 minutes reserved for session note and review of therapy session with caregivers in person or via video recording (if at different location than caregivers)
- Home program for practice
30 Minute
Tele-Therapy Session
Services Include
- Therapy occurs via online platform
- Play-based therapy incorporating speech, language, social goals
- Clinician will provide home program for practice and carryover of skills targeted

Bloom Speech Therapy does not accept insurance at this time.
If you would like to submit a superbill (detailed invoice for insurance claims) to your insurance provider please inform us.
Families are responsible for submitting their superbill to their child's
insurance carrier.

to your superbill submissions.
